Report Dangerous Cases Involving Dogs and Cats

Together, building a safer and more compassionate community for our animals.

Vietnam is still one of the few countries in the world where dog and cat meat consumption persists. It is estimated that about 6 million dogs and cats are captured, transported, and slaughtered annually to serve this enormous demand — the highest consumption rate in the world relative to a population of just over 100 million people in Vietnam.

Sadly, most of them are stolen pet dogs and cats. From the moment they are captured until they are killed, they endure an extremely painful and terrifying journey: tied up, confined, transported in brutal conditions, and subjected to various forms of cruel slaughter.

In addition, there are many other forms of unnecessary cruelty — from beating, starvation, to poisoning — inflicted upon these sentient beings who possess emotions and intelligence close to humans, and who always show us unwavering loyalty and absolute love.

HavePaws was born with the desire to contribute with the community towards a Vietnam that loves dogs and cats more.

Each report you submit helps us identify dangerous locations early, coordinate with the community and authorities to prevent, rescue, and protect these precious lives.

🧡 Every share you make can make a difference — whether it's just an image, a location, or a warning.

HELP ANIMALS BY SUBMITTING A REPORT

HavePaws' reporting tool is created for the community to protect dogs and cats together. Every piece of information you send helps HavePaws and the community:

Support pet owners in finding their lost pets through community sharing and mobilization,
Identify areas of trading, stealing, or transporting that pose dangers to dogs and cats,
Provide real data for welfare, rescue, sterilization, and vaccination activities locally,
Raise social awareness about humane treatment of companion animals.

After you submit your report, HavePaws will receive, categorize, and process the information, contributing to a shared data map to improve animal welfare in Vietnam.

Please avoid submitting personal information such as images/videos with people's identities, license plates, ID cards, etc.
